divh2Production Coordinator/h2pPosition Overview: The Production Coordinator contributes to production efforts through coordination of both internal and external projects. This role manages logistical and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively while contributing to the success of the Production Department by maintaining accurate records, completing assigned job duties in a timely manner and seeking out new ways to support team members. The Production Coordinator reports to the Senior Director, Program Production./ppKey Job Responsibilities:/pulliEvent Pre-Production and On-site Team Support/liliAssist in scheduling and coordination of staffing and resources./liliAssist in timesheet completion and tracking project related hours./liliPartner with Producers and Production Managers on event logistics./liliSupport the show team (Producer, PM) with owning the kick-off tie down meetings, scheduling client and show team calls./liliCreate and maintain electronic show folders / channels (project management tools) from each projects inception, file past show folders and maintain directory./liliTravel coordination for show crews./liliTrack tasks, milestones, and deadlines within the project management tool./liliAssist in collection and organization of show related content (graphic files, video files and still photos)./liliOccasional travel and show-site support required./liliBack up traveling shows management team members when they are out of office./liliOpen and process Purchase Orders./liliDefine and set up new vendors/part timers./liliAttend pre and post show meetings for job sign off./liliPerform other duties as assigned./liliPost-Event/liliFinalization of timesheets and tracking project related hours./liliAssist in completion of post-show reports./liliAssist in completion and verification of deliverables, media, etc./liliCompletion of expense reports and finalizing job related expenses./li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience/lili2+ years of Production or Show Experience required./liliExcellent communication skills including written, oral and presentation./liliAbility to listen carefully, respond intelligently, and follow up appropriately and consistently./liliPosition requires computer knowledge./liliSelf-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and team oriented./liliDetail and service oriented with strong organizational skills./liliAbility to consistently meet deadlines./liliMust have a high school diploma or equivalent.
