R59834**Job Summary:**Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Asset Management Software**Job Description:**Senior Product ManagerLooking for a self-motivated individual that has proven Software Product Management skills with the ability to develop a strategy and to deliver products and solutions which anticipate the market as well as meet and exceed current customers’ expectations.

This position will lead the AssetWorks Enterprise Asset Management product line with the focus of growing our installed base and enhancing the product to close gaps and meet emerging industry and technical trends.

This role will put you squarely in the mix between business and technology.

This position requires strong business acumen, keen intuition and the ability to build and then deliver on a strategy. Your creativity and innovative solutions will directly impact the success of our EAM offerings and of our end customers.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Develop a clear product strategy and ROI based roadmap which delivers high-value solutions* A sense of urgency to develop creative solutions to challenges, with a “no barriers” mentality.* Serve as an evangelist for the Product, the team and our culture, both internally and externally.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization, both inside and outside of AssetWorks, including Engineering, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing and the customer’s leadership and IT organizations* Define a product roadmap and collaborate with other product departments to deliver software releases against that roadmap. This requires the following key activities:* Research and assess the market to identify opportunities for adding value within new and existing markets.* Conduct discovery sessions with customers to identify needs and challenges and synthesize their feedback into product ideation* Develop product requirements and generate product specifications with the engineering team, including writing epics, user stories, supporting technical designs for software consistency across the application* Create and maintain product plans and collaborate with Engineering to deliver those plans in a timely manner to meet client commitments and market expectations.* Develop and refine our value proposition and communicate across the organization* Lead product overview presentations and in-depth product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical client audiences* Assist Sales & Marketing with the acquisition of new business and supporting the growth into new markets**REQUIREMENTS:**The ideal candidate will possess abachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university with a major inSTEM, Business or Marketing..



At least five (5) years of experience in product management or product marketing



A passion for the art and science of product management and the use of tools and methodologies to support managing a product portfolio



Proven experience developing and maintaining strategic product roadmaps based on multiple inputs such as sales feedback, market research, customer inputs and engineering constraints



Proven record of developing, motivating and leading teams to achieve complex goals



Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual and as part of a team



Understanding of the software development lifecycle and comfortable working with and understanding the needs of the Sales, Engineering, Finance, Implementation, and Customer Care teams



Ability to assess and balance competing product priorities in a dynamic environment
