2+ years experience within legal or billable professional services as a pricing analyst, engagement letters, billing, pricing, or matter intake.
Strong Excel skills (ideally modeling experience)

Responsibilities The
Pricing Analyst
is a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional responsible for overseeing the documentation and financial integrity of new client engagements. This role focuses on reviewing engagement letters and analyzing diverse billing structures—including hourly, alternative fee, and capped arrangements—to ensure full compliance with internal policies and financial standards. Acting as a key liaison between attorneys, finance, and administrative departments, the Analyst performs profitability modeling in Excel, identifies inconsistencies in fee structures, and ensures all non-standard terms receive proper approval. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and possesses 2–5 years of law firm experience, demonstrating high attention to detail and technical proficiency in matter management systems to streamline the intake process and support firm-wide data integrity.
