ABOUT DAVIS

Davis Ad Agency is a full-service advertising, marketing, and digital agency driven by creativity, strategy, and measurable results. With a team of 30+ creatives, strategists, and media professionals, we partner with national, regional, and local clients to build brands and deliver memorable, performance-driven campaigns.

THE ROLE

The Creative Director leads the creative vision and execution across client work, internal initiatives, and new business efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, elevating creative standards, and ensuring work is brand-driven, strategically sound, and built to perform.

You’ll collaborate closely with agency leadership, account teams, and clients, shaping everything from brands and advertising campaigns to digital experiences and pitches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and uphold creative vision aligned with client goals and business outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team
• Guide concept development across branding, advertising, multi-media campaigns, digital, social, video, and web
• Ensure creative is tailored by audience, channel, and performance objectives
• Partner with account, strategy, media, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Manage workloads, staffing and resource needs
• Contribute to pitches, RFPs, and agency growth initiatives
• Help evolve creative processes, tools, technologies, and workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8–12+ years of experience in a full-service agency, with creative leadership responsibility
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated, concept-driven work
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with branding, storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns
• Confident presenter with strong strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with performance-driven, data-informed creative
