- Directly manage Deputy and Senior Editors
- Develop relationships with health communities to attract high-quality research
Required Qualifications
- A Medical Degree or a PhD with postdoctoral research experience
- Extensive editorial experience at a senior level
- Thorough knowledge of biological and medical sciences
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with IT systems including MS Office
