Job Description:

Located in Chicago, IL, this contract position involves planning and executing impactful events.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills, with responsibilities including logistics management, budget oversight, and team coordination.

Proficiency in event management and general office software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute strategic events to align with business objectives.
• Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and guest accommodations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams for event delivery.
• Analyze post-event feedback to enhance future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Planning or Marketing.
• 7 years of experience in event planning or a related role.
• Experience managing large-scale events, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
