Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. ~6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, partner marketing, brand marketing, social). ~ Experience managing crossfunctional or crossteam projects. ~ Experience in developing and executing communication plans or content strategies. Experience in designing and managing awards or recognition programs for partners or similar communities. Knowledge of cloud technologies, Google Workspace, and the broader cloud business and channel ecosystem. Strong content and storytelling skill set, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for audiences. The Google Cloud partner marketing team is dedicated to empowering a thriving partner ecosystem with marketing strategy and programs that bring the value of Google Cloud to our customers. A core component of this mission is fostering partner experiences and engagements that build partner mindshare, loyalty, and advocacy in the marketultimately enabling our partners to drive customer success, business, and market share growth. As a Marketing Manager, Global Partner Experiences, you will drive marketing strategy and execution focused on our global partner ecosystem. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our partners through strategic inperson events, as well as digital programming. Leveraging a strong strategic mindset and event execution skill set, you will bring to life compelling and creative inperson experiences for our partner community, building mindshare, awareness, and engagement. This role requires a blend of collaborative execution, creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of how to engage and influence partners across various channels to build mindshare, loyalty, and advocacy. You will operate as a key individual contributor, driving marketing outcomes for projects within the global partner marketing function. Lead partner experiences, including Partner Summit at Google Cloud Next, regional Partner Connect moments, and other ancillary programming. Responsible for endtoend delivery of key moments, leading large crossfunctional working groups. Manage global partner awards and recognition programs to celebrate partner achievements, incentivize performance, and strengthen partner loyalty and advocacy. Use data to draw insights, identify business gaps, and propose action plans to optimize partner engagement, program effectiveness, and achieve measurable targets for mindshare and pipeline. Manage program timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of all partner communications, social, and recognition initiatives.
