Job Description
This role can be based in New York City. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Senior Industry Marketing Manager will lead our marketing strategy across customer segments including Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) and large Enterprises. This is a high-impact role shaping how we connect with marketers through programs and narratives aligned to our AI-driven product roadmap.
You will collaborate with global teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that inspire confidence in our platform and support the growth of businesses of all sizes. This role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver multi-channel campaigns, thought leadership, research, and sales enablement initiatives in todays AI-enabled B2B landscape.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Industry Marketing Programs: Build and execute vertical or audience-specific marketing strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead with Insight & Storytelling: Analyze trends, data, and market research to create compelling, insight-led narratives that position LinkedIn as a thought leader and strategic partner for B2B marketers.
- Activate Multi-Channel Go-To-Market Campaigns: Create and execute full-funnel GTM programs using digital, paid media, content, webinars, events, social, and more; bring stories to life in creative, scalable, and data-driven ways.
- Drive Global Market Relevance: Partner with international teams to localize and scale go-to-market initiatives to reflect regional insights and customer needs.
- Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Insights, and Integrated Marketing to build high-impact campaigns and ensure alignment across global and regional priorities.
- Champion Digital and AI Tools: Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate campaign development, personalize content, and improve performance tracking and optimization.
- Enable Sales & Drive Adoption: Create and deliver sales enablement resourcesincluding decks, one-pagers, case studies, and trainingthat empower GTM teams to engage customers with confidence.
- Measure and Optimize: Track performance and continuously refine programs based on insights, customer feedback, and business goals.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing and integrated campaign development
- 4+ years experience in B2B Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to a broad range of business sizes, from SMB to Enterprise. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and toolsincluding paid media, webinars, email marketing, and social.
- Proven ability to craft compelling stories and customer-facing narratives that connect emotionally and drive business action. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content generation, campaign optimization, insights tools).
- Experience developing integrated campaigns in partnership with sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign attribution, or pipeline influence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.

Compensation & Benefits
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $125,000-$195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
