What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for campaign planning and management
• Build endtoend solutions for uploading, managing, and promoting ad creatives
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement product improvements
• Conduct research to understand advertiser workflows and translate insights into product strategies
• Explore and deliver AIpowered creative solutions to enhance advertiser experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer engagement and workflow mapping
• Proven success in leading crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in performance ads concepts, such as optimization goals and creative testing
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
