What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for campaign planning and management
- Build endtoend solutions for uploading, managing, and promoting ad creatives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement product improvements
- Conduct research to understand advertiser workflows and translate insights into product strategies
- Explore and deliver AIpowered creative solutions to enhance advertiser experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts
- Strong product discovery skills, including customer engagement and workflow mapping
- Proven success in leading crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in performance ads concepts, such as optimization goals and creative testing
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Familiarity with datadriven decisionmaking in product development
