Job Title: Senior Product Integrity Specialist

As a Senior Product Integrity Specialist, you will lead the Global Quality & Food Safety team. In this regional role you will design, implement, and improve food safety and quality systems (FDA, HACCP, PRPs, FSSC ISO 22000 alignment) across sites, suppliers and co‑manufacturers. You will provide subject‑matter expertise to site teams, lead root‑cause and corrective actions, oversee audits and certifications, and manage multiple enterprise PRP programs. The role also includes ROI analysis and translating science‑based validations into practical site projects that protect product integrity.
You will collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, maintenance, operations and suppliers to ensure quality and food safety programs are executed; write clear technical procedures and present findings to executive audiences. You will also evaluate and pilot new technologies, manage vendor relationships, and drive enterprise‑level initiatives that reduce risk and cost while improving QFS metrics. Success in this role requires intrapreneurship, bold ownership thinking, and the ability to learn from mistakes and hold yourself and others accountable.

What You’ll Need
Bachelor's of Engineering or Science degree in Natural or Life Science plus 7 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma with 10 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Required to lift and move equipment or product that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required to be 18 years or older.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
This position will be based at the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on‑site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
