Position Summary The Processor supports real estate transactions by managing files from contract through closing, coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
Open and manage transaction files.
Track deadlines, conditions, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
Prepare and review closing documentation.
Maintain accurate records in firm systems.
Qualifications
2+ years of real estate processing or closing experience.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Experience with closing software and document platforms.
Excellent communication skills.
