Mount North Properties is a fast-growing real estate investment and management company focused on streamlining the property lifecycle — from acquisition to sale. Our team manages portfolios across multiple markets, and we’re looking for a sharp, solutions-focused
Asset Manager
to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
As an Asset Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day property readiness through Assessing, managing, and coordinating the tasks that are necessary to keep a property moving through the disposition stages — getting homes from
occupied to vacant ,
cleaned out , and
ready for resale . This is a fast-paced real estate environment with a volume of 25-30 projects at one time. You'll also work behind the scenes to:
Handle city violations, code issues, and inspection scheduling (this may include court officer communication)
Coordinate with vendors for cleanouts, lawn care, repairs, etc.
Ensure properties are maintained while on the market
Manage timelines, budgets, and status reports for all assigned assets
Communicate with market managers and leadership to remove roadblocks
Have experience in
real estate, property management, or operations
Love organizing details and solving logistical problems
Are a strong
communicator
who’s comfortable managing contractors and timelines
Can juggle multiple priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks
Know how to navigate
city codes, violations, or inspection processes
(a plus)
Take initiative, manage yourself, and don’t need handholding
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Highly
organized
and detail-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent
communication skills
— able to coordinate across multiple parties with clarity and consistency.
Demonstrated ability to
problem-solve
property-level issues, especially around cleanouts and violations.
Experience in
property management , real estate investing, or asset oversight strongly preferred.
Comfortable working with
budgets , vendors, and timelines.
Able to
prioritize tasks
and manage multiple properties simultaneously with efficiency.
