Role Description This is a part-time, CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) Administrator role based in Cambridge, WI. The CBRF Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and managing staff. Other key duties include coordinating resident care plans, facilitating communication among residents, families, and staff, and ensuring a high standard of care. The administrator will also handle scheduling, training, and implementation of operational policies to foster a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and staff management skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to community-based residential facilities
Experience in developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing daily operations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with residents, families, and team members
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to manage changes in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in healthcare management or with CBRFs is highly preferred
Relevant certifications in CBRF administration or willingness to obtain them within a specified timeframe
Proficiency in using technology and basic systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication
