We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Construction Superintendent
to oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end custom home construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional custom homes on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site construction activities for custom home projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes
Maintain project schedules and report progress to project managementConduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
Enforce job site safety standards and cleanliness
Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, and internal teams
Identify and resolve construction issues promptly
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of construction management experience , including
at least 3 years in custom home building
Strong understanding of residential building codes and inspection processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with luxury or high-end custom homes
Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
