Sandy Springs, GA Department: Product Research and Design Overview We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our Product Research and Design team, supporting the Business Enablement Portals product group. This role will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver actionable insights that shape user-centric digital experiences. Quickly gain an understanding of the daily workflows and needs of target user groups, including Restaurant Operators, Store Managers, and Corporate Support Staff.

Plan, execute, and synthesize stakeholder interviews (in-person and remote) to validate and refine product requirements. Develop and lead concept tests and usability tests (in-person and remote via tools like Teams or ), analyzing findings to inform design and product decisions. Present research insights clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams using tools such as FigJam and Dovetail. Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure research outcomes are integrated into the product development lifecycle. Take on additional research-related responsibilities as needed. 4+ years conducting user research for digital products. ~2+ years planning, executing, and summarizing stakeholder interviews. ~2+ years planning, executing, and summarizing usability tests. ~ Strong ability to synthesize qualitative data into actionable insights. ~ Familiarity with Restaurant Operations and Financial Reporting.
