Downtown Asset Mgmt’s emergent Reg A/ Reg D/ Securities Act Capital Raise offering is being extended as a private placement that permits general solicitation of verified accredited investors. As part of this job, you will sell membership interests in a fund that utilizes quantitative hedging methodologies acquired from veterans of the Goldman Sachs bond desk on the nation’s preeminent designated contract markets like Cboe, CBOT, and CME as well as OTC bond and bond futures pits where companies like Cboe and Citadel do business. Account execs will focus on outreach, relationship development, and lead generation among qualified prospects. Your core responsibilities will include: Becoming an expert in our business model to guide customers into an appropriate purchase. Directing interested parties to official offering materials and disclosure statements. Coordinating with management and legal counsel to ensure all communications are accurately conveyed and consistent with Reg D requirements. Closing sales in $1M increments in anticipation of perfection through a Carta SAFE cap table issue. The role requires you to excel with independent outreach, converting warm leads into sales, and conducting structured follow-ups with prospective investors who meet accredited investor criteria. You should be polished in presentation, highly detail oriented, knowledgeable of applicable anti-fraud rules, and adept at staying within the bounds of permissible sales pitching without making false, misleading, or otherwise improper statements. This role suits individuals with experience in private-capital placement or high-net-worth relationship development. Compensation is a generous initial commission for each sale that you make in excess of the minimum of $100k for individuals and $1M for family offices.
