Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Project Designer. The Project Designer will be responsible for creating and managing construction drawings, contributing to interior design development, and supporting architectural design elements. This role also involves assisting with project submissions, coordinating with the project management team, and ensuring designs align with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Experience with submitting projects into permitting is a plus but not required. Qualifications
Experience with construction drawings and project submittals Interior design experience with a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing Proficiency in Revit Experience producing 3D renderings using software such as Lumion and/or Enscape Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams Knowledge of commercial construction industry standards is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
