Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and tech-savvy Creative Digital & Web Innovation Specialist to lead our digital presence, social media, and web initiatives. This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and digital marketing, and who loves bringing ideas to life online.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Duties / Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, optimizing content for engagement and reach.
Create visually compelling graphics and digital assets using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Apply front-end development skills (WordPress, HTML, CSS, React, Python) to maintain and enhance our web presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
Evaluate campaign performance and use analytics to improve results.
Communicate effectively, write clearly, and bring energy and initiative to every project.
Travel as needed to support marketing events, loyalty events, and company-paid training sessions.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Expertise in social media strategy and content creation.
Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, WordPress, React, and Python.
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and implement solutions.
Exceptional communication and writing skills, with strong attention to detail (spelling, grammar, and messaging).
Creative thinker with a proactive, energetic approach to challenges.
Willingness to travel as required for marketing and training initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Two to four years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
