Overview
Manages and implements both internal and third party programs and/or relationships that result in sales of Paychex products and services.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements marketing programs and promotions, in coordination with corporate partners when appropriate, to maximize product visibility within referrals for 3rd party products and solutions visibility within referral partner distribution channels.
Develops and implements marketing programs and campaigns, in coordination with acquired companies when appropriate, to maximize acquisition prospect pipeline and conversion of acquired company clients.
Coordinates execution of programs with the Corporate Business Development organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
Acts as primary marketing contact and program manager for assigned programs and/or partners to provide a single point of contact and company-wide perspective.
Analyzes performance of the assigned programs and/or partnerships on an ongoing basis and takes steps to maximize performance.
Consult directly with Partner and/or Acquired Company leadership as Paychex Marketing subject matter expert.
Administering marketing programs and campaigns within 3rd party applications as required.
Acts as project manager/lead to ensure department needs are met and actions of the team align with departmental goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
6 years of experience in Marketing and/or relationship management capacity.

Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $92,300 - $125,000. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
