Automotive Service Drive Sales Representative
for our
Lexus of Brooklyn
location, who is responsible for maximizing vehicle sales through prospecting customers from the service lane.
For the Service Drive Sales position at our
Lexus of Brooklyn
location, there is a Monday through Friday work week, advanced base salary, monthly bonus program as well as a trade dividend program!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all facets of the vehicle sales/lease process from greeting the customer from the service lane to delivery of the vehicle and related follow up, subject to responsibilities expressly reserved for management
Consistently follows road to sale as set forth by management (e.g. walk around, test drive, needs analysis, etc.)
Maintains minimum target sales goals set by upper management
Displays excellent customer service skills, including managing difficult or challenging customer situations; responding promptly to customer needs; soliciting customer feedback to improve service; responding to requests for service and assistance; meeting commitments to customers and management
Works effectively with, and assists, other Sales Consultants, co‑employees and dealership management to create and maintain effective customer relationships and sell, lease, or deliver vehicles
Completes accurate paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
Maintains highest ethical standards and utilizes legal and ethical selling techniques
Maintains CSI scores and survey returns at or above company standards
Demonstrates knowledge of product knowledge and market conditions relating to vehicle lease/sales
Requires minimal supervision and uses resources efficiently and effectively and seeks feedback to improve performance
Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies

Individuals employed in this position must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
Individuals employed in this position must be able to enter and exit vehicles to demonstrate features and options
Individual employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
Individual employed in this position must maintain business sold within market area according to factory guidelines and maintains CSI index in accordance to manufacturer’s standards
