Parts Counter Sales - Tallahassee, FL
Parts Counter Sales representative is responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or via email and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
Provides exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
Processes sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Upsells companion part requirements and specials.
Performs outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
Prepares parts including order filling from stock.
Ideal Candidates Possess
One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
Automotive Industry experience preferred
MS Office and computer literacy
Team-player attitude at all times!
Customer-focused service approach
Problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone.
High school diploma
