About the role The Vice President, Sales Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing Adecco’s sales ecosystem, driving operational excellence, and enabling revenue growth across all business segments. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, analytics, technology platforms, supplier partnerships, and strategic support functions. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and National Account teams to deliver scalable solutions and actionable insights that enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Operations Leadership

Architect and continuously improve the sales operating model, ensuring alignment with Adecco’s growth strategy and business objectives.

Lead cross‑functional teams in the execution of sales operations initiatives, including process optimization, technology adoption, and change management.

Reporting, Data & Analytics

Oversee the Reporting, Engineering & Data (RED) function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of scorecards, QBR/ABR reports, cost savings analyses, and recurring reporting for national accounts.

Drive automation and data integrity across all reporting platforms (MicroStrategy, Salesforce, Adecco Analytics).

Provide actionable insights and root‑cause analyses to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.

Sales Technology & CRM

Own the Salesforce CRM strategy and roadmap, optimizing platform adoption and user experience for US and Canada sales teams.

Ensure robust pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and integration with marketing automation and analytics tools.

Lead CRM analytics initiatives to visualise sales data, identify pipeline gaps, and support achievement of target forecasts.

Supplier Partnerships & Program Operations

Oversee supplier vetting, onboarding, contract negotiations, compliance audits, and relationship management.

Drive supplier engagement strategies to maximise Adecco spend, identify sales leads, and ensure programme compliance.

Manage risk mitigation, financial viability, and ongoing supplier performance reviews.

National Account Team Operations

Lead fulfilment optimisation, finance, contract management, supplier engagement, reporting, and strategic business reviews for national accounts.

Ensure SLA management, billing oversight, compliance, and escalation resolution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive account growth and operational efficiency.

Strategic Sales Support

Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver compelling proposals, RFX responses, presentations and sales content.

Manage content libraries, ensuring up‑to‑date resources for sales enablement and training.

Lead account‑based marketing and go‑to‑market strategies to support business development.

Research & Business Reviews

Oversee market research, wage analysis, labour supply/demand studies, and competitive intelligence.

Lead business review processes, providing thought leadership, graphics support and training for sales teams.

Support vertical and branch expansion initiatives through data‑driven insights.

Solution Design & Implementation

Ensure every sales opportunity is curated to customer strategy and needs, collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Programme Management.

Lead solution validation, pricing strategy and contract alignment for new and existing accounts.

Oversee implementation of sold programmes, ensuring effective management of client and internal teams, adherence to timelines, and seamless handover to service delivery owners.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

Develop and execute change management strategies for new processes, tools and methodologies.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence.

About you Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial leadership roles with proven success in leading multi‑disciplinary teams and large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Experience in staffing/services, complex solution sales environments, supplier management, contract negotiation and compliance oversight.

Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), analytics platforms (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and sales enablement tools.
