Identify all local influence centers to determine lead sources. Develop and manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategy. Personally visit and arrange meetings with people responsible for or in a position to refer clients, including private, public, and non-profit organizations. Utilize monthly marketing calendar to coordinate activity with national focus. Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies. Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources. Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including but not limited to: direct mail, social media, print ads, presentations, networking, and developing new methods of marketing. Maintain and manage a Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system. Assist as needed with client assessments; manage initial two-weeks of client’s service by working with Staffing Department to assure Caregiver fit, perform introductions, and hand client off after completing two-week Start of Care procedure. Meet with Executive Director weekly and submit weekly sales report that includes contact information, date and time, # of contacts made, # leads generated and results of sales calls and results of leads. Requirements
2 year professional Marketing experience with proven and verifiable results Basic computer skills Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license Willingness to travel locally as needed Ability to manage own time (self-starter) Authorized to work in the USA Ability to provide 2 professional references Preferred
