What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support campaign development through execution by drafting comprehensive campaign briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Develop recruitment launch materials for events and campaigns to enhance outreach efforts
Assist with the development of outreach strategies, including content creation and performance reporting
Create customized content that aligns with the brand and resonates with various buyer personas
Test, measure, analyze, and optimize marketing tactics, reporting on results to inform future strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in marketing or sales; experience in content and messaging is preferable
Strong writing, communication, Excel reporting, and presentation development skills
Impeccable project management skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to interface directly with sales teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
Familiarity with healthcare industry marketing strategies
Experience in developing compelling messaging for diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills for measuring marketing performance
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
