This role supports the management team by supervising FOH staff, maintaining service standards, and fostering a positive, professional work environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Lead, support, and supervise FOH team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.* Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience.* Monitor dining room flow, wait times, and table turnover to optimize seating efficiency and guest satisfaction.* Train new FOH staff and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.* Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all FOH areas.* Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, checkout, and shift reports.* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service execution.* Uphold all company policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.**Qualifications:****Education and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-of-house role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.**Skills and Abilities*** Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.* Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.* Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.* Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.**LANGUAGE SKILLS**Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. **REASONING ABILITY**Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
