The Role: The
Account Executive, New Business
is a critical quota-carrying role responsible for driving new partnerships with agencies and brand-direct marketers. This team is a primary driver of company growth—prospecting, pitching, and closing net-new business—while working closely with sales development, marketing, sales leadership, and cross‑functional partners to ensure client success.
What you’ll do:
Partner with sales leadership and SDRs to identify, engage, and win new agency and brand‑direct accounts.
Research, map, and connect with decision‑makers using LinkedIn, CRM, and other prospecting tools.
Build tailored pitches and presentations that align Quantcast’s value to client needs.
Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver impact for both client and company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
Respond to RFPs and develop proposals for first‑time campaigns.
Work with marketing on lead‑gen initiatives and partner with the events team to increase awareness of Quantcast.
Leverage prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MediaRadar, etc.) to consistently build pipeline.
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene across 50–100 accounts with disciplined stage progression.
Who you are:
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in programmatic, digital advertising or march.
Proven experience selling into media agencies and/or brand‑direct marketers, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and complex deal cycles.
Strong hunter mentality — history of balancing prospecting, working warm leads and closing net‑new business.
Track record of success in quota‑driven environments.
Skilled communicator able to translate technical, multi‑product and platform based concepts for executive‑level audiences.
Established relationships with small to mid‑size agencies or brand‑direct marketers (a strong plus).
