Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally. Role Overview Supports marketing initiatives for a global brand in NAOU inclusive of FSOP, innovation, and brand equity programs. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the holistic brand bundle, on-time and in-full, ensuring a win-win-win for brand, customers and bottlers while being the voice of the consumer.
Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines, deliverables, and business reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly tracking, initiative tracking, Post program analysis). Utilize data & insights to enable tech-powered execution and measurement. Collaborate with cross functional SME’s and system teams to deliver with excellence Contribute to portfolio planning and performance tracking.
Qualifications 5+ years in brand marketing or project management. Experience with the Coca-Cola system preferred and ability to thrive in matrixed organization and thrive leading cross-functional teams Strong organizational and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
