What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Acquire new high-value customers and drive annual contract value (ACV) for a designated set of accounts
Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with technical customers and peers
Balance challenging priorities and handle multiple projects and deals simultaneously
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
9+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record in selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies
Strong experience in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts
Proven success in selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms and APIs
Experience in account management and developing large enterprise clients
Fluent French speaker with strong presentation and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling to both business and technical audiences
Understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem and cloud communications
Familiarity with telecommunications industry dynamics and enterprise technology architecture
Background in working within a quota-driven environment with a history of closing high-value deals
