We’re currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Houston office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a collaborative team environment, provides excellent customer service, and has a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.
Standard Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position is not remote.

Handle customer service related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide quotes to customers based on current market trends Follow-up on pending shipments, quotes, and any customer inquiries Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines Effective time management skills and high attention to detail Knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred
