Insight Global is seeking professional and efficient Communications Specialists to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion and perform complex review of documents to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of claims data.
Must Have
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service required
within claims adjustment, teaching/training, human resources, office administration, technical support and call centers.
Communication skills and time management
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook). Excel skills strongly preferred.
Pay rate: $20-23/hour
8:30AM-5:00PM
Start date: Tuesday, February 24th
In office for the first two weeks of training - after cleared for calls, in office only on Wednesdays.
