to support a Minnesota-based organization on a part-time, contract basis. You'll create design decks that tell powerful stories—and make an immediate impact. Is it you?
About the Role This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven Presentation Designer who loves transforming ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal teams to design polished, on-brand presentations that support leadership communications, client-facing materials, and key initiatives.
This is a
20-hours-per-week contract role ,
remote , with candidates required to be
based in Minnesota , running
through the end of April . The role
starts ASAP .
What You’ll Do
Design and refine high-impact presentations using existing brand guidelines
Translate complex information into visually engaging, easy-to-digest slides
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and audience needs
Elevate layouts, typography, charts, and visuals for executive-level presentations
Manage multiple presentation projects with quick turnarounds and strong attention to detail
Ensure consistency, clarity, and polish across all deliverables
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides (Keynote a plus)
Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
Experience working within established brand guidelines
A portfolio showcasing presentation or slide-based design work
