Job Details
Salary Range : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year
The primary objective of the Brand Designer is to guide and protect the Summit brand by creating and maintaining high-quality digital templates and assets, innovating and evolving the Summit website, and developing compelling internal and external marketing materials and sales collateral. This role ensures that every visual, digital, and branded touchpoint consistently embodies the Summit brand. This person will deliver a cohesive, professional, and elevated presence across all client interactions, team communications, and stakeholder experiences.
Primary Responsibilities Website Experience & Evolution
Keep the Summit website fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate so visitors can quickly find what they need and have a smooth, frustration-free experience.
Regularly refresh visuals, photography, layouts, and design elements to keep the site looking modern, polished, visually engaging, and on brand.
Maintain and update high-impact sections like case studies to ensure they remain current, compelling, and accurately represent Summit’s best work.
Design and launch new landing pages or site updates as needed for campaigns, service launches, or key initiatives, always prioritizing clean usability, strong visuals, and seamless brand alignment.
Marketing Asset Creation & Campaign Execution
Design clean, on-brand assets like email templates, landing pages, and social media graphics to support marketing campaigns and boost engagement.
Make sure everything stays true to Summit’s brand, and performs well across channels.
Work with the marketing team to build and run nurture campaigns, automated email sequences, and lead‑building efforts.
Create connected marketing pieces (emails, landing pages, social posts, etc.) that work together for stronger, more unified campaigns.
Brand Collateral & Sales Enablement
Work hand‑in‑hand with the sales team to design sharp, professional assets like capability decks, case studies, one‑pagers, and custom pitch graphics that help close deals.
Provide quick, tailored design support for important sales opportunities so every presentation looks polished and on‑brand.
Review and polish any sales‑created materials to ensure they meet Summit’s high quality standards and stay consistent with the brand.
Keep brand guidelines simple, up‑to‑date, and easy for the team (especially sales) to use correctly.
Qualifications Education & Training Requirements
Bachelors degree in relevant field
2-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
Hubspot and web design experience preferable

Visual Identity
— Logo design, color palettes, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and creating clear style guides.
Branding Principles
— Brand strategy basics, building emotional connection, storytelling through visuals, and enforcing consistency across all touchpoints.
Marketing Fundamentals
— Understanding customer psychology, how people make decisions, and key digital channels (email, social media, landing pages, nurture campaigns).
Visual Communication
— Turning ideas and messages into strong, clear visuals; explaining design choices clearly to sales, marketing, and stakeholders.
Technical & Software Skills
Adobe Creative Suite :High proficiency inIllustrator, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign.
Digital/Print Media :Designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.
UI/UX Basics :Creating user‑centric, intuitive, and accessible designs.
Wordpress + Elementor Plugin
CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferred)
Video and Motion Graphics a Plus
Soft Skills & Mindset
