Wealth Client Relationship Manager
Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships, grow advisor practices, and deliver financial solutions that ignite the dreams of our clients. The role requires deep curiosity, constructive feedback, collaborative value‑creation, entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in investment solutions, and an unwavering work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth clients.
Operationally lead advisory teams to help clients achieve financial goals, manage a book of assigned clients, and support implementation of financial plan recommendations.
Communicate clearly and build long‑lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
Obtain all licenses and registrations within 120 days from start date.
Qualifications
Education : University degree preferred.
Work Experience : 2+ years required; 3+ years preferred.
FINRA Registrations : Series 7, 63, 65, 66 (obtain within 120 days).
Licenses : Life and Health Insurance license (multiple issuers required within 120 days).
Physical Requirements : Sedentary work.
