Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bellevue, WA, for a Catering & Sales Manager. The Catering & Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their catering and event needs. Key responsibilities include generating new catering & sales opportunities, developing detailed event plans, collaborating with the food and beverage team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Catering & Sales and Event Planning
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
Knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices and operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in event management tools and CRM software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
