What You’ll Do As a Business Development Representative, you will:

Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the beverage category

Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable volume growth across targeted accounts

Implement channel‑specific initiatives designed to maximize account performance

Evaluate asset placements and ensure optimal return on investment for new accounts

Manage detailed account profiles and maintain organized call schedules

Track territory performance using volume, revenue, and profitability metrics

Operate within assigned marketing and operating budgets while optimizing resources

Build and execute a comprehensive business plan for your territory

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers to maximize account potential

Requirements

High school diploma required; some college or a bachelor’s degree preferred

2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience (Outside Sales / Account Management)

At least 1 year of experience in packaged goods, systems sales, or similar product-based industries

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with a clean driving record

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent prospecting, presentation, and conceptual selling skills

Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships

Strong communication, professional presence, and interpersonal skills
