Job Summary Under limited supervision, process customer orders and resolve any manufacturing/shipping issues for the specified geographical territory.
Essential Position Functions
Enters data for order processing.
Communicates production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel.
Acts as a liaison between buyer/broker and internal departments.
Responds and documents customer feedback.
Answers multiple line phones.
Education and Experience
5+ years of customer service experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong resolution capabilities.
Must be skilled in 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
PC skills/basic Excel skills are required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Office environment.
Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities associated with computer work.
