Lead the marketing team, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, improve customer loyalty, and generate sales leads, including trade shows, website sales, and digital & email marketing. Communicate key performance metrics to the executive team and collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve business objectives related to marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement. Partner with SEO and e‑commerce teams to execute state‑of‑the‑art strategies utilizing PR, social media, advertising tools, and emerging market trends. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives and website changes that support online conversions and develop sales tools. Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, monitoring, optimizing, and reallocating resources to achieve business objectives. Monitor industry trends and adjust the company marketing strategy to stay current and effectively promote the Teguar brand. Develop an internal AI strategy for resource optimization, driving leads from AI & LLMs and leveraging AI tools to eliminate waste, reduce expenses, and accelerate content creation. Facilitate a marketing‑sales feedback loop to improve lead count and quality. Utilize HubSpot for process and workflow improvements and overall CRM administration. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university and 4 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in lieu of education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years in a leadership or people‑management role. Proven experience developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth (digital, email, web, trade shows). Strong expertise in demand generation, funnel management, and marketing performance metrics; ability to report insights to executive leadership. Hands‑on experience with SEO, website optimization, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and collaboration with e‑commerce teams. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including workflow and process optimization. Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve measurable business outcomes. Working knowledge of AI and marketing technology tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate content creation. Benefits
