Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support campus outreach and engagement activities. This part-time position plays a key role in representing the school at community events, promoting enrollment, and fostering strong relationships with partner organizations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, well-organized, and comfortable speaking to groups.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of special events such as open houses, career nights, and other community engagement events.
Coordinate the Ambassador Program, including scheduling, communications, recruitment, and recognition activities.
Visit local feeder schools to share information about Paul Revere Academy and promote enrollment opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners such as the East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT), businesses, and education organizations.
Collaborate with school administration and staff to align marketing efforts with school goals and branding.
Track outreach activities and prepare summaries or reports as needed.
Update and maintain social media accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Education High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience Previous experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or school outreach is highly desirable.
Special Skills
Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Proficiency with email, social media, and office software (Google Suite or Microsoft Office).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends for events.
Type of fingerprint clearance: Shall be fingerprint checked pursuant to A.R.S 15-512
Physical functions Must be able to remain in a stationary (standing or sitting) position for 50% of the time. Equipment used: Frequent computer and telephone use is expected. Work Environment: Work is performed in a school and office setting, with travel to local schools and community events. May require occasional lifting and setup for events.
Travel 25-50% of the time
