The Role We're hunting for a creative powerhouse to own our content engine: crafting, editing, and distributing video content that feels alive, shareable, and true to @duvin's brand. You'll be the wizard spinning raw footage into multi-channel content, driving engagement with fun Reels & TikToks.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Editing (60% of time): Shoot/edit short-form videos (15-60s Reels, TikToks) and long-form (1-5min YouTube/IGTV) using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut. Remix user-submitted clips into branded narratives: e.g., turning street interviews into ironic skits or product drops into artist spotlights.
Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop monthly themes tied to trends/cultural moments (e.g., collab teases, UGC challenges). Reference funny, memory-sticking posts to keep ours engaging and on-brand.
Multi-Channel Distribution: Adapt content for IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and email newsletters. Optimize for algorithms (hooks in first 3s, trending audio) and A/B test spins (e.g., vertical vs. square formats). Handle paid boosts and influencer seeding for wider reach.
Engagement & Community Building: Monitor comments/DMs, reply with personality, and curate UGC to fuel the feed. Aim for 2-5% engagement rates by prompting interactions (polls, Q&As, "remix this" calls).
Analytics & Iteration: Track metrics (views, saves, shares) via IG Insights/Hootsuite. Report weekly wins and tweaks to grow our community.
Influencer/Partner UGC: Scout/partner with micro-influencers (artists, DJs) for co‑created content. Manage all communication with partners and influencers.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in social media/content creation, ideally in fashion/lifestyle (bonus if you've grown a brand from scratch). Portfolio with 5+ video edits that pop. Please send links!
Skills: Video editing (fast-paced cuts/effects). Multi-platform savvy (IG Reels mastery a must). Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and photography chops.
Creative: Sharp eye for humor and trends. You're obsessed with what makes content "stick". Collaborative and deadline-driven.
Tools: Adobe Suite, CapCut, Later/Buffer for scheduling. No formal degree needed—show us your work.
