JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The team comprises creatives, influencer marketers, brand & content strategists, account managers, programmatic and marketing automation consultants. As an Account Manager of our Media services, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships, grow revenue for DEPT® and client accounts, and collaborate closely with our Media, Data, and SEO teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support Account Directors in developing go‑to‑market strategies, new service propositions, and pitches.

Convince clients to work with us and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.

Maintain a full understanding of the clients’ business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges, advising on the communications solution that best meets their needs and becoming a trusted adviser.

Build excellent working relationships with key clients by attending regular meetings, video conference calls, planning sessions, briefing meetings, and participating in evaluation reviews.

Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Work with the team to determine and test creatives across client‑owned channels.

WHAT YOU BRING:

At least 3 years of experience in a consultative selling role focused on digital marketing, preferably at a digital agency.

A passion for digital marketing and the ability to give clients excellent advice.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and persuasive ability.

Experience working on pitches.

Ambitious, results‑oriented, and capable of planning and organising.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
