This is a full-time role for an Account Manager responsible for overseeing client relationships, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clients get the support they need. This role is available immediately and offers long-term stability beyond the typical campaign cycle. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day communication, coordinate deliverables, support client strategy, flag opportunities for growth, and help make sure our clients have what they need to win. We also build in quiet periods around major holidays, where the team is largely in hibernation and only on call for true needs, which helps everyone reset before the next big push.

Working knowledge of political campaigns and the services they rely on
Experience in campaigns, government, or the political consulting world is encouraged
Proven experience managing clients or accounts
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong track record of meeting goals and deadlines
Self-starter who takes initiative
Personable communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and project management habits
Passion for politics and supporting conservative, moderate, corporate, or liberty-minded causes
