to help expand our customer base within our ideal commercial/ industrial markets. This role is all about identifying the right companies, initiating meaningful conversations, and creating qualified opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Business Growth: Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients through a variety of outbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, networking events, and in‑person field visits. Represent Orange Electric’s services with clarity and confidence, tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each potential client. Lead Qualification & Collaboration: Work closely with the estimator to evaluate potential opportunities, ensuring that all leads are properly vetted, qualified, and prioritized. Provide detailed information gathered during outreach efforts to support accurate and timely project assessments and proposals. Relationship Development & Conversion: Serve as a critical bridge between initial contact and active partnership. Nurture early‑stage prospects through consistent follow‑up, value‑driven communication, and professional relationship‑building. Convert prospects into engaged, ongoing business contacts that contribute to long‑term company growth. Market Awareness & Opportunity Tracking: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within designated markets. Use this knowledge to identify high‑value prospects and strategically position O’s services as the preferred solution. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of outreach activities, client interactions, follow‑up tasks, and lead progress. Ensure all sales data is accurately documented to support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Qualifications

Minimum 1 Year Sales or Lead‑Generation Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound outreach, lead qualification, or business development activities. Highly Self‑Motivated: Driven to meet goals, take initiative, and maintain consistent activity levels without close supervision. Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow‑up deadlines while keeping detailed documentation. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication: Skilled at crafting clear outreach messaging, presenting services professionally, and adapting communication style to different audiences. Persistence & Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection, maintaining a positive attitude, and continually moving forward to pursue new opportunities. Research & Analytical Abilities: Capable of identifying target markets, gathering intelligence on prospective clients, and tailoring outreach strategies accordingly. Goal‑Oriented & Target‑Driven: Motivated by achieving measurable results, meeting quotas, and contributing directly to company growth. Additional Information
