Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with clients throughout the annual health and welfare lifecycle to align wellness initiatives with overall benefits strategy.
Lead clients through the annual wellness cycle:
Conduct discovery and benchmarking analysis
Develop program strategy and statement of services
Implement programs and provide ongoing support
Deliver annual wellness stewardship reporting
Maintain accurate client and project logs for performance tracking.
Build and sustain strong client relationships within ongoing benefits and wellness engagements.
Develop and report on measurable outcomes for wellness and health management programs.
Strengthen existing vendor partnerships and identify new opportunities.
Ensure detailed planning and flawless execution of client wellness programs.
Collaborate effectively with other wellness consultants and EPIC colleagues.
Contribute to practice development and resource enhancement initiatives.
Personal and Organizational Development Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage workflow to meet all goals and deadlines.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to achieve EPIC’s business, profitability, and retention objectives.
Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and innovations in workplace wellness.
Maintain a professional image in both appearance and conduct.
Key Competencies
Proven project management skills, including timeline oversight and vendor coordination (especially onsite health events).
Strong relationship-building abilities to grow and retain vendor partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of workplace wellness trends, compliance requirements, and emerging wellbeing solutions.
Experience with invoicing, budget management, and event financial oversight.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accountability, adaptability, and positive team orientation.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational training or business experience (Health Education and Promotion, Public Health, Nutrition, Behavioral Health or Life Science preferred).
2-3 years’ experience event coordination.
3-5 years’ experience in worksite wellbeing, health education, health promotion, wellbeing consultant.

Compensation The national average salary for this role is $86,000.00 - $93,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
