CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a
Payer Enrollment Specialist.
Job Summary The Payer Enrollment Specialist role is responsible for credentialing providers and completing various payer enrollment tasks.
Responsibilities
Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follow-up as needed.
Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and other required credentialing documents for dental providers
Ensure credentialing requirements are documented and met
Track and report on provider effective dates with insurance carriers
Maintain provider files, and information in credentialing database.
Work in a solo capacity yet be able to contribute to team calls & projects.
Qualifications
Associate degree preferred, High school diploma, or GED required
1-2 years of credentialing experience
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Tech Savvy - able to learn new programs or software easily
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
Ability to work from home
Great attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills – written and oral
