Senior Product Consultant of Fleet Management This role will have responsibility for managing various customer machine fleets.

Governance and Issue Resolution

Condition Monitoring

Backlog Management

KPI Management and value tracking

Fleet/Site Improvement Opportunities

Travel up to 50% (domestic & international)

Skills You Have

Products & Services:

Strong knowledge of product/industry/site/safety and regulatory compliance requirements and best practices

Technical Excellence:

Knowledge of equipment management to effectively council on fleet optimization opportunity to maximize site efficiency.

Customer Focus:

Outstanding problem solving and customer solutions orientation

Relationship Management:

Strong leadership and ability to engage and coordinate across multiple functions

Effective Communications:

Effectively communicates across geographically diverse internal, dealer and customer partners.

What Will Put You Ahead

University degree in engineering or marketing

Professional experience in commercial or product technical roles with progressively growing responsibilities

Previous roles requiring direct interactions with the end customer

About Customer Solutions Core Regions Division The Customer Solutions Core Regions Division is committed to solving customer challenges that extend beyond purchasing machines and parts. This team, alongside dealers, will engage more closely with customers, to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing. The division will be regionally on the unique needs of customers in core regions, focused on Americas North, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand

Summary Pay Range $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
