Job Duties
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching target markets, qualifying leads, and conducting outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently generating, tracking, and converting prospects into customers.
Identify opportunities to grow the company’s presence within existing and new markets by analyzing customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity. Develop strategies to penetrate new customer segments, geographic regions, or applications for existing products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to support market expansion initiatives.
Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships by providing regular follow-up, understanding evolving customer needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Serve as a trusted point of contact to address questions, resolve issues, and reinforce the value of the company’s products and services.
Increase sales volume and revenue by identifying opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling. Proactively recommend products or solutions that align with customer needs, monitor purchasing patterns, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
Participate in cross-training activities to gain a working knowledge of customer service processes, systems, and workflows. Develop the ability to effectively support customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring continuity of service across departments.
Assist the customer service team during peak periods, staff shortages, or special projects by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving routine issues. Ensure timely, accurate, and professional service while maintaining alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
