Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide detailed information on energy solutions, service plans, and product offerings
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries efficiently
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive customer support and issue resolution
Stay updated on the latest energy market trends and company offerings to inform clients
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector
Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools
