Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system, enhance customer engagement, increase sales, and improve overall business performance in the water filtration industry.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

CRM Management

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a CRM Analyst or similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manipulate large datasets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teams.

Experience in water filtration or environmental industry is a plus.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics.

Conduct regular data cleansing and enrichment to ensure quality.

Customer Segmentation and Targeting

Collaborate with marketing and sales to define customer segments.

Create personalized messaging and offers for high‑value segments.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments.

Process Improvement and Optimization

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing CRM processes.

Propose solutions and implement improvements with cross‑functional teams.

Stay updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices.

Training and Support

Provide training and support to CRM users.

Collaborate with IT to resolve technical challenges.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

Integrate acquisition CRM data into existing systems as required.

Travel up to 15% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a CRM Analyst or similar role.

Strong proficiency in CRM software and related tools.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in water filtration or environmental industry is a plus.

Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Proven track record of achieving measurable results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to inspire others and translate strategy into action.

Proficiency in other languages a plus.

Experience leading a small business a plus.

Physical Demands Ability to sit for long periods of time; complex thinking and analysis required.

Work Environment Office environment with occasional visits to production sites and exposure to outdoor elements.
