Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales activity.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for potential clients.
Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
