Description We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Warren, Ohio, specializing in print and digital design projects. This position involves producing high-quality layouts for various materials such as catalogs, brochures, and product literature, while also supporting digital and e-commerce creative needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient with design software, and capable of working within established templates and brand guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Design and update multi-page layouts for catalogs, brochures, and product literature using established templates and grids.
- Revise layouts across extensive documents while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Apply typography and formatting techniques using InDesign styles for paragraphs, characters, and objects.
- Integrate structured product content, such as technical data, imagery, and SKUs, into predefined layout systems.
- Prepare print-ready files by ensuring specifications like bleeds, trim sizes, and color profiles are correctly applied.
- Conduct quality control checks on production files to confirm print readiness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain working files with proper versioning and naming conventions.
- Develop digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including banners, promotional modules, and category graphics.
- Optimize digital designs to meet platform-specific requirements.
- Occasionally assist with basic 3D visualization or rendering tasks as needed. Requirements - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in a detail-oriented role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in layout design and formatting.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, grids, and hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including bleeds, trim, and export settings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage revision cycles effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing layout work, particularly multi-page design samples.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or basic 3D modeling software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
